Product Introduction

The D360 adopts a laser diffraction measurement solution. This solution calculates measurement values based on the principle of light diffraction, with key features including a simple structure and high precision. The product has a simple structure with no internal motor, offering high durability and hassle-free maintenance. It measures wires from 0.005 to 0.3 mm with a repeatability of ±0.01μm. It is suitable for offline measurement of various fine wires such as copper wire, enameled wire, tungsten wire, and stainless steel wire.

Repeatability of 0.00001 mm

Built in with two high-performance DSP digital processing units that work in tandem. Based on calibration parameters written at the factory and combined with the laser diffraction principle, they enable real-time measurement with nanometer-level repeatability.

D360 series integrated with good accuracy, durability and stability, and can be used for longterm without any worry.

Insensitive to temperature change

Due to temperature compensation technology, the measurement result will not be affected by environmental temperature change.
